Sporadic Update Um... Yes. It's August. What's happened since the last time I posted?

• I have four bridesmaids, in Australia
• Of course, they're not all in Melbourne this weekend...
• We have organised a celebrant
• Flowers have been a small logistical problem, but previously unmentioned logistical problem is no longer a problem, and I get my spiky flowers request
• We have been receiving a bunch of RSVPs from the invitations we have sent out so far ... it's been pretty kewl actually (;
• I am up to my neck in work of all sorts
• I am up to my eyeballs in work of all sorts
• I am attempting not to freak out at the amount of work I'm going to have to do so as not to completely stuff up all this life stuff
• Decay surprised me with three long-stemmed red roses on Friday night after work ... eek! *silly grin* ... three year anniversary next week ...
• Season the next on has started for tennis, and it's been good stuff mostly... a better quality of hitting to be had ... does mean it's more difficult to just win ... but the challenge is in the rally...
• Decay and I went to Ikea a couple of weeks back, and bought us one of them kitchen movable bench space things ... it got painted with wood oil varnish stuff today and looks all shiny-ish

What's coming up in the next bit til the next update?

• Next Saturday is also first calico day for wedding dress... I get to see what this thing looks like ... which is useful, since I sort of just specified things like ... straps, straight-across neckline, not too wide for the skirt, and a bit of a train, for what it's worth. That, and crinkly fabric. I'll get to see everything but the crinkly fabric bit...
• I have a large truckload of things to cram into my brain
• I have a larger amount of stuff that needs to be spun out of my brain
• I need to figure out a way to require less sleep, and not be tired
• Something probably needs to be done about the amount of books and stuff I lug around everywhere, in the vain hope that I'll get to sit down for a bit and actually get some study done ...

Yep. I'll be fine.
