First things first:
- What was/is your favorite subject in school? Why? My favourite subjects always tended towards the maths and sciences in school ... For a couple of years I also liked my English classes, but that might've been something to do with having a decent teacher. It was such a satisfying feeling completing work for maths, or getting to make pretty coloured solution things in chemisty ... and all that fun equipment!
- Who was your favorite teacher? Why? That would have to be "Sholtz", my English teacher for a couple of years, and my Chinese teacher for a couple of years also. He made me want to do the work, and the age gap between him and his students wasn't so big so he was really approachable ...
- What is your favorite memory of school? Umm... I don't know. I can romanticise it now and say it wasn't all that bad, and sometimes there was good stuff too, with the benefit of time since I finished high school, but I do remember feeling like I didn't fit in more often than not... it was better in the senior years, once I'd found my feet and my friends though. Nothing really sticks out as a favourite memory though...
- What was your favorite recess game? *giggle* ... in Primary School, B and I used to play some sort of game involving witches and hiding and something ... when I switched schools, I became a bit of a terror on the monkey bars, doing lots of backflips and handstands and cartwheels and the splits, since one of my friends was a gymnast ...
- What did you hate most about school? Hmmm... the whole feeling of not fitting in, and thinking that people were being friends with me out of pity rather than anything else. The work was fine, the normal but weirded out brain was not ... Ahh well, I'm happy with who I am now... broken brain and all!
For those requesting a review of the photo shoot thing, I'm waiting til we see the proofs before I do my ramble...
Meanwhile, check out em's big post over here, and some Japanese culture bites over here ... check out the Gameboy Boots ... and possibly more Engrish to peruse... speaking of Engrish, you can buy such culinary delights as collon and pocari sweat at our usual asian food grocer... I didn't buy either of those items today, preferring to get some pocky instead... pocky is good...
Headache gone ... time to do work!
